Chris Eaves is a "Minister's Delegate - Maintenance". This delegations gives Chris the authority to issue a Certificate of Airworthiness or an Export Certificate of Airworthiness on behalf of Transport Canada.

If you're planning on importing or exporting a Type Certified aircraft, you can either wait for the DOT or you can call a Minister's Delegate!
